The St Thomas Centre staff were exceptional by providing us with a detailed information pack ahead of all of our bookings. This was something unique that we haven’t experienced whilst using other venue providers in the region. The information pack contained all the necessary information needed for our guests coming in from different regions such as nearby hotels, closest train stations and parking facilities. In addition, the staff paid close attention to detail on dietary requirements and any other special needs, well ahead of the scheduled meeting time. The staff were always willing to try and accommodate our last minute booking requests with a smile, and the finance team were well informed and assisted us with processing our invoices accordingly. We would highly recommend using the St Thomas Centre as a conference venue.
